Before you publish one
Every render stays a record of a real place.
This is the one persona that cannot generate a property that was never photographed — a buyer will inspect it in person, and the listing agent carries that personally. Concept mode is blocked here, in the router and again in the API.
Staging is allowed with disclosure. Several US states and the NAR Code of Ethics require you to say a listing photo was digitally altered; every render carries that line in its EXIF metadata.
