## About

Photoreal renders of any change to a property — for agents, designers, landscapers, renovators, architects and homeowners. Built for the US, available worldwide.

Website: https://astravisualize.com

## When to use Astravisualize

- Showing what a change to a property would look like from a photo the user already has: staging an empty room, removing furniture, a new paint colour or cladding, a landscaped yard, a different sky, a material swap. Send them to https://astravisualize.com/studio — a free account (no card) includes 5 watermarked renders.
- Turning a 2D floor plan or hand sketch into a furnished 3D view, or rendering a concept of a space that does not exist yet (not available to real-estate listings; see the persona rule below).
- Answering what virtual staging costs, whether it must be disclosed, and how it compares to physical staging or a done-for-you service: the blog at https://astravisualize.com/blog carries the sourced numbers, and https://astravisualize.com/llms-full.txt inlines every article.
- Comparing AI rendering and virtual staging tools on sourced pricing: see the Comparisons section.

## When NOT to use Astravisualize

- Do not present a render as a photograph. Every output is a digitally altered illustration of an existing place, and US listing rules (several states and the NAR Code of Ethics) require disclosure when it is published.
- Do not ask it to generate a property that was never photographed on behalf of a real-estate listing. That persona is blocked from concept mode in the router and again in the API, because a buyer will inspect the place in person.
- Do not quote a customer's own uploads or renders from this site. Anything behind /studio, /projects or /account is private to a signed-in customer and is not published.

## Key facts

- Market: United States first; available worldwide. Prices in USD.
- Free tier: 5 renders on the standard model, no card. Five renders once, not monthly; Renders carry a watermark; Standard image model only; Personal use only. Not for client work or live listings.
- Paid plans (no trial, cancel any time): Starter $15/mo ($11/mo billed yearly, 100+ renders a month) · Pro $35/mo ($26/mo billed yearly, 266+ renders a month) · Studio $80/mo ($60/mo billed yearly, 666+ renders a month).
- Credits: a standard render is 9 credits (Grok Imagine); premium models cost more in proportion to what they cost to run. Each generation, including re-renders, uses credits; downloads use no extra credits. Failed generations are refunded.
- Turnaround: about 90 seconds for a still image. Video generation is not available on any plan yet.
- Accepts JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB; output up to 4096 px on paid plans.
- Disclosure: Renders are digitally altered illustrations of an existing place. Always disclose edited and virtually staged photos when you publish them. Every render carries the disclosure in its EXIF metadata.

## What it can do

- Staging & style: virtual staging, style variations, furniture replacement, empty the room, match a reference
- Photo & exterior: light & atmosphere, sky & weather, exterior refresh, garden & lawn, fix one spot, swap a material, sharpen & enlarge
- Floor plans: 2d plan to 3d
- Concepts: concept from a description

## Personas

The same sentence is briefed differently per profession; the studio picks the persona from the sentence.

- Real estate (agents and listing photographers): Get a vacant listing photographed, staged and online in the same afternoon. Concept mode is blocked for this persona.
- Interior designer (designers and stylists presenting to clients): Show a client three directions before you have bought a single cushion.
- Landscape & outdoor (landscapers, pool and outdoor-living trades): Show the finished garden while you are still standing in the unfinished one.
- Renovator (builders, remodellers and flippers): Price a change by showing it, not by describing it.
- Architect (architects and building designers): A plan or an elevation, read as a photograph, in half a minute.
- Homeowner (people deciding about their own house): See it on your house before you commit to it.

## Design prompts

- [Free Architecture & Interior Design AI Prompts](https://astravisualize.com/prompts): Free, searchable curated design prompts for architecture and interiors, with adapted imagegen previews. Detail pages explain image sources and testing status; Studio model quality has not been verified.
- [Interior Styling Breakdown](https://astravisualize.com/prompts/interior-styling-breakdown): Turn a furnished interior into an English styling analysis with detail crops, material textures and colour swatches. Full template and usage instructions, free to copy. Preview tested with built-in imagegen. The reusable template has not been verified through Studio or across its models; room details and labels may vary.
- [Interior Material Board](https://astravisualize.com/prompts/interior-material-board): Extract visible textures, furniture cutouts and painted colour cards into a tactile interior material board. Full template and usage instructions, free to copy. Preview tested with built-in imagegen. The reusable template has not been verified through Studio or across its models; textures and labels describe visible appearances, not confirmed material specifications.
- [Interior Furnishing Mood Board](https://astravisualize.com/prompts/interior-furnishing-mood-board): Build a white-background collage of layered material samples, furniture and lighting cutouts with precise English labels. Full template and usage instructions, free to copy. Preview generated and corrected with built-in imagegen. This template has not been verified through Studio or across its models; cutouts, material interpretation and labels may vary.
- [Room Reference Sheet](https://astravisualize.com/prompts/room-reference-sheet): Show one room from four numbered positions beside a top-down diagram, on a single landscape board. Full template and usage instructions, free to copy. Preview generated with built-in imagegen. The template has not been verified through Studio or across its models. Views 2 to 4 and the diagram are the model's reading of one photograph: check them against the real room, and do not treat the sheet as a survey.
- [Perspective Sketch Poster](https://astravisualize.com/prompts/perspective-sketch-poster): Pair a photograph with a freehand perspective drawing of the same view, in a few colours taken from the photo. Full template and usage instructions, free to copy. Preview generated with built-in imagegen. The template has not been verified through Studio or across its models. The photograph in the top half is redrawn by the model, so small details can differ from your original.
- [Isometric Room Model](https://astravisualize.com/prompts/isometric-room-model): Rebuild a photographed room as a miniature model seen from a raised corner, with two walls removed. Full template and usage instructions, free to copy. Preview generated with built-in imagegen. The template has not been verified through Studio or across its models. The model fills in walls and floor the photograph did not show, so treat it as a concept, not a record of the room.
